Adventure play at William’s Den is truly one-of-a-kind, combining the best of indoor and outdoor fun for an unforgettable day out.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Yorkshire countryside, our adventure spaces are designed to spark curiosity, boost creativity, and encourage children of all ages to embrace their wild side—whatever the weather.

From climbing towers and zip lines to natural trails, sand and water play, and our incredible indoor Den filled with imaginative structures and sensory experiences, every inch of William’s Den is crafted to inspire adventurous spirits.

Our play areas are built using natural materials, creating a safe yet exciting environment where kids can run, jump, climb, and explore to their hearts’ content.

Your ticket includes access to both the indoor and outdoor Den, plus our woodland area when it’s open—giving families the freedom to play all day, rain or shine.

  • A kids' dream playscape made of wood and trees. This is not soft play!
  • Access to all of our Outdoor Adventure play areas overlooking the Yorkshire Wolds.
  • Including den building areas, tyre swings, zip wires, a huge sandpit, a hidey house & slide.
  • Discover the treehouse, hide in the mountains & molehills, or make mud pies in the mud kitchens.

Quiet Session - Adventure Play

What You Get:
  • We are excited to introduce Quiet Sessions at William's Den, specially designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). These sessions offer the opportunity for children to enjoy Adventure Play alongside a community of peers in a calmer, more relaxed setting. To ensure a comfortable experience, capacity will be limited during these sessions.
  • The sessions will take place on the following Fridays:
  • 20th June 2025
  • 26th September 2025
  • 14th November 2025
  • Each session will run from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
  • Our pizzeria will be open throughout the sessions, offering a lighter menu for families to enjoy.
