Thanks for joining us at this year's Big Camp Out it was such fun! The Big Camp Out will be back next year!

The Big Camp Out is a family friendly mini-festival weekender or day where you can chill with family and friends, enjoy a cool beer and live music, or learn something new with plenty of fun activities.

Ideal for family of all ages, get into the Summer spirit, catch up over home-cooked food and let the kids adventure to their heart’s content and make memories that’ll get you into the Summer vibe.

What's was in store for the Big Camp Out 2024?

In 2024 – CIRCUS SENSIBLE!

Clown around and learn how to spin plates, model balloons and laugh out loud with the team from Circus Sensible. A chance to try Juggling, Devilstick, Chinese Diabolo, beginners Stilts, feather balancing and simply clown around and have heaps of fun.

The Big Camp Out 2025 takes place 18, 19, 20 July 2025. It's a great way to kick off the summer holidays.

DRUM AWAY WITH "UNBEATABLE ENERGY" WORKSHOPS

We all love to let off steam, so grab a Djembe, Dundun or Bugarabu and bang away with your own rhythm and enjoy learning a new skill of African drumming with "Unbeatable Energy" workshops. Have some acoustic fun with the Boomwhackers, great fun for all the family to enjoy.

In 2024 – BUSHCRAFT MADE SIMPLE

Embrace the great outdoors and have a go at learning some bushcraft and survival skills, plus loads of other fun and frolics.

LIVE MUSIC

There's nothimg better on a summers evening than enjoying a cool beer at sundown with live music and chilled vibes. The kids will love the freedom to have a dance too and you can let your hair down and enjoy the atmosphere and great veiws over the Yorkshire Wolds.

FAMILY QUALITY TIME TOGETHER

You can't beat that feeling of just being together, away from all the day to day stuff and just being able to relax, be in beautiful countryside surroundings and enjoy the outdoor life, it just can't be beaten! Take yourself to the height of relaxation and enjoy a day or weekend at a great location under the Yorkshire Wolds.

WATER FUN & GAMES

You can't beat a good old fashioned water fight on a summers day. You'll have a splashing time with our line up of water challenges designed to bring the whole family together for some fun water-filled moments.

Our amazing indoor playscape – made from natural wood and inspired by the outside world - has webs to climb, musical instruments to play, hidey holes, sand, an indoor stream and a rainmaker so you can spend hours making your own adventures indoors or outdoors.
