To celebrate the return of Trick or Treat Street, our HUGE family Halloween event taking place this October Half Term, we’re taking this year’s mystery beyond William’s Den and out into the local community.
And there’s a treat waiting for every family who tracks down a bell…

But why bells, you ask?
Well… that’s where the mystery begins.
The mystery has escaped from Denville…
This year at Trick or Treat Street, the Denville Church Bell has stopped chiming. And without it, Halloween can’t begin!
Families visiting Trick or Treat Street will become part of the story, following clues, questioning the curious villagers of Denville and working together to discover exactly what happened to the missing bell chime.
Our East Yorkshire Bell Hunt is an extension of that mystery, giving little detectives the chance to start searching for bells before they even arrive in Denville!
So, keep your eyes peeled. Follow the clues. And if you spot a mysterious bell while you’re out and about… you know what to do.
Then step inside Trick or Treat Street…
From 24th–31st October, William’s Den will transform for Yorkshire’s Magical Family Halloween Experience.
