Nimbus Access Card Scheme

NIMBUS ACCESS CARD SCHEME

We’re pleased to announce that we are now working with Nimbus Disability and their Access Card Scheme for Essential Companions.

Partnering with Nimbus means guests no longer need to bring sensitive supporting documents on the day of their visit.

Access Card holders displaying the +1 or +2 Essential Companion symbol can book a complimentary Essential Companion ticket alongside park entry tickets. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Then just bring your Access Card along with you on the day of your visit to show to our team at the Welcome Desk.

If you don’t already have an Access Card, our partners at Nimbus can process a free application for a William's Den Digital Access Pass for you.

Once approved, you’ll be able to request an Essential Companion ticket for your visit.

Nimbus Card Scheme

At William's Den, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy a fun, comfortable and memorable day with us. That's why we're delighted to be partnering with Nimbus Disability and their recognised Access Card Scheme.

This new system helps us provide a fair, consistent and straightforward way of understanding our guests' access requirements, making it easier to arrange the support you need before your visit.

Whether you require an Essential Companion ticket, queue assistance or other reasonable adjustments, the Nimbus Access Card Scheme helps us ensure the right support is available while protecting these important provisions for those who genuinely need them.
