Hospitality Team Member

As a Hospitality Team Member at William’s Den, you’ll play a key role in creating a fantastic food and drink experience for our guests. From delivering excellent customer service to serving freshly prepared meals and drinks, your role is all about making sure every visitor feels welcomed and well looked after.

You’ll help maintain a clean, hygienic and inviting dining space, ensuring that our high standards are upheld at all times. You’ll also support with stock rotation, till management and day-to-day operations to help the Hospitality team meet its performance and revenue goals.

This is a hands-on, guest-facing role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment and takes real pride in great service, teamwork and attention to detail.
